Kind hearted BAD ass.
I’m so glad you’ve found my site. Good Gut Gone BAD is where I share all my experiences since living with Bile Acid Diarrhoea. I will share the good, the BAD and the ugly as I go through life and learn more and more about this condition and how to live in harmony with it. I'm starting this blog 9 years in to my BAD journey, after deciding to claim back my life and my passion for food and travel! I've always enjoyed writing and so why not put that to good use and show you all know that you're not alone in this.
